Vitikultur Moser's Pet-Nat Rosé brings together the best of two worlds: Blaufränkisch from Apetlon in Burgenland, where the family cultivates most of its red grape varieties, and Riesling and Sauvignon Blanc from the vineyards surrounding the family's estate in Rohrendorf near Krems.

Harvested in early September, the grapes were destemmed and gently crushed before being fermented together until the wine reached a residual sugar level of 12.5 g/L. It was then bottled to complete fermentation naturally in the bottle. The wine was disgorged in November.

During its two months in bottle, the remaining sugar was transformed into alcohol and—most importantly—natural carbon dioxide. This lively sparkle gives the wine energy and direction, while its vibrant acidity ensures remarkable freshness. The aromatics reflect the grape varieties, with notes of fresh herbs, blossoms, stone fruit, and berries.
