Cinzia Pellazza and Eugenio Bocchino have four hearts: one each for Piedmont, or more precisely Barolo, where they have their base and bottle Nebbiolos of the very highest quality. And a second for the spectacular Gallura region in the north of Sardinia, where they have been working with Vermentino and the rare but extremely exciting Pasquale grape variety for a number of years, producing two impressive wines.
