Over the past 30 years, Elisabetta Foradori has made a lasting impact on viticulture in Trentino. Since taking over her father's winery in 1985, she has almost single-handedly saved Teroldego and has consciously or unconsciously shown the way to countless winegrowers with her always curious approach. She has always seen viticulture as a cultural mission and has always been open to experimentation: for over 10 years, she has shown how fantastically wines can develop in amphorae and why it makes sense to pick Pinot Grigio when ripe and ferment it on the skins.
