Collection: The Wines of La Distesa

Corrado Dottori is first and foremost a brilliant winemaker. To limit him to this would probably be very fair to him, but it would also be to ignore a not insignificant part of his activities. In 2012, for example, he published the book "Non è il vino dell'enologo", "the encyclopaedia of a winegrower who opposes", and in 2017, in La Musica vuota, he took a look at the generation of today's 40-50-year-olds and made music, a second central theme in his life, the protagonist. He runs a small agriturismo not far from the winery together with his wife and is a regular blogger on his website; although it would probably be more accurate to describe him as an essayist, thought leader and critical commentator on current wine concepts.
