Cortese once differently. At Baccabianca, the berry is taken from everything they have. Every phenol, every pigment and aroma article of the grape skin finds its way in Guido Zampagliones wine. After spontaneous fermentation, it matures in the steel tank for years and for even more years in the bottle. The current vintage dates from 2011 and is bursting with freshness, energy and juiciness. The fact that just 12% alcohol and 12 mg/l Sulfite stand by side is a further evidence that teaching opinions (with such minimal sulfite content and the low alcohol should not always be dead and buried).
style
