Niki Moser's Blanc de Blancs: A Sparkling Achievement

In 2010, Niki Moser decided to add a sparkling wine to his exceptional series. From the outset, the project was ambitious. He selected Chardonnay as the grape variety, setting both inspiration and goal. Although the terrain and climate of Hollabern, a gravelly site in the Burgenland lowlands, bear little resemblance to Champagne, the final product rivals the best sparkling wines produced there.

A significant factor in this success is the high grape quality, a result of decades of biodynamic cultivation. Additionally, Moser’s extensive experience enables him to make the right decisions at critical moments.

Nine years into its production, his Blanc de Blancs stands as one of the finest sparkling wines available in the region.

Style & Aromas

Precise, finely chiseled, and vibrant. Notes of citrus, orchard fruits, and yeast. Free of kitsch, bone-dry, linear, and with a focused drive on the palate. Lively mousse. Guiding acidity. Despite its freshness, it is textured and dense.
