Italy has around 700,000 hectares of vineyards spread across all 20 regions. The geological and climatic differences are eminent. There is more than just one world between South Tyrol and Sicily. In addition, there are around 500 different grape varieties, countless viticultural traditions and a multitude of excellent winegrowers who interpret them in their own personal way. So there is a lot to discover. In our range, we pay tribute to this diversity and combine it with personal preferences - knowing full well that we can unfortunately only offer a fraction of what would actually be worthwhile.

Although Syrah plays a not insignificant role in Moretto, it shares this status equally with Perricone and Nerello mascalese. Thanks to the success story of the wines from Mount Etna, the latter has now become known beyond the borders. Perricone, on the other hand, is hardly known to anyone, whic...

Querciole is a frizzante made from Spergola that makes almost everything that comes from Prosecco look old and rather bland. The intention may be similar, but what Ca' de Noci bottles year after year for secondary fermentation is usually miles ahead of its much more famous frizzante colleagues in...

Lambrusco comes in all possible shades of red, depending on which variety of the Lambrusco family you are dealing with. Rarely, however, there is also a pink version, which is in no way inferior to its red counterparts in terms of quality (incidentally, we are not the only ones who find this to b...

"Nur" means light - in Arabic.  Corrado Dottori from La Distesa had a decidedly Mediterranean wine in mind when he conceived Nur. A wine with roots that go back a long way, without added sulphites. The vineyards for this are located in San Michele, the Grand Cru of Cupramontana. The subsoil is ba...

Dolcetto is a fantastic variety with one crucial problem: it is overshadowed by Nebbiolo.
