Viticulture has been practised on the slopes of Castello di Stefanago for generations. Since Antonio and Giacomo Baruffadi have been at the helm there, it has been one of the pioneers of a movement in the already bustling region that has committed itself to the sustainable cultivation of its vineyards. Stefanago has been certified organic since 2005 and the vine training is adapted to the variety and terroir. Castello di Stefanago's great trump card is its sparkling wines, all of which are fermented according to the metodo ancestrale and combine vitality, finesse and depth.
