Alexander Koppitsch and Maria Strohmayer's winery, founded in 2011, covers 5.5 hectares and even though the area is small and their project is still young, the range of wines is surprisingly varied and now includes four wine lines - but whether it's wines from the Basic Wines, Touch (mash-fermented), Perspektive or the Pretty Nuts series: they all share a biodynamically inspired approach that focuses on healthy soils and vibrant grapes, which are fermented spontaneously in the cellar and matured carefully and without intervention.
