In 2010, Niki Moser also decided to provide a sparkling wine to his excellent wine series. The project was ambitious right from the start. As a grape variety, he chose Chardonnay, with which the role model and goal were predefined. And even if the surface and the climate in the Dutch, a Scotsman's location in the Burgenland lowlands, do not have too much to do with the champagne, the end result of the best of the bubbles fabricated there can be felt.
One reason for this is certainly the high grape quality - thanks to decades of biodynamic management. And probably also his experience developed over a similarly long period of time that makes him make the right decisions at the right moments.
However. In the tenth year of its production, his Blanc de Blancs is the best of what you can pour yourself in this country when it comes to sparkling wine.
Style & flavors
Precise, fine -ziseled, vital. Citrus, core fruit and yeast notes. Kitsch -free, without residual sugar, dry, linear, with train towards the palate. Invigorating perlage. Guiding acid. Is despite its freshness, fabric and tight.
