Vineyard: Originates from two vineyards planted with Dolcetto in 1970 and 2005. Both are mainly based on loam and clay, the planting density is 5000 vines per hectare with an average yield of 1kg/vine

Ageing: Rifermentato, spontaneous primary fermentation → six-month ageing in wooden barrels → secondary fermentation in the bottle, no disgorgement
