The La Traviesa Tinto goes onto the cap of Vinos Autenticos, a Spanish wine dealer who has the wines in the program that we also had, we would primarily act with Spanish or French wines. So it is actually a dealer wine, with that only a third of the truth. The second third are winegrowers from the Sierra de la Contraviesa, from whose vineyards the Garnacha grapes for the La Traviesa Tinto are read. The third third of the truth is called Barranco Oscuro. The La Traviesa is created in the formidable, high up in the Sierra de la Contraviesa, the La Traviesa is created and consequently also bears the usual handwriting of the formidable winemaker. This means in a few words: no technical gimmicks, dramaturgical predictability and special effects, but spontaneous fermentation and a careful, low -intervention processing.
The La Traviesa Tinto is neither beautified, not filtered or sulfurized.
style
Wines that arise at a height of 1300 meters have an invigorating acid core even in the actually roaring and shell of Andalusia. He buffers a velvety, round texture and gives it a gripy structure and vitality. Dark fruit, sweet spices and earthy undergrowth notes shape the flavors. Sounds soft but animating. Lots of wine for little money.
