Branko and Vasja Čotar do not rinse softly. Never. Not with the mash -fore versions of their white grapes and certainly not with their two teran interpretations.
The classic (silence) teran is fermented on the shells in open wooden tubs for 10 days and then ends up in 1500 liters of wooden barrels for 4 years before it is filled unfiltered.

Vasja Čotars describes his teran as nervous and very typical. In addition, there are flavors that stretch an arch through the karst and suggest herbs, stones, berries and the sea. Wind -stored and kindly describes his body better than elegant and muscular. Together with fat sausages, the nervousness turns in peace and serenity.
