A rosé in response to social conditions and political scaremongering. "At a time when concepts of purity, origin and identity are constantly being conjured up, we wanted to blend and unite the skins of our different grape varieties." Corrado Dottori sets an example. At the same time, however, he is also making a wine that breaks new ground and shows that white and red grapes can perfectly represent a unified whole.
Red and white grapes are harvested democratically at the same time and the rest of the winemaking process takes place together. The result is a wine that Corrado Dottori believes tells a lot about him and his wife; how they see the world and how they want it to be for their children.
Vital, dynamic and light-hearted. Playful and soft with lots of fruit. Juicy, round and never aggressive. A wine for all occasions.
