Soracuna – A Classic Bardolino

The Soracuna is a quintessential Bardolino in the best sense. Its grapes mostly come from over 50-year-old pergolas, with roots deeply embedded in the moraine-rich soil. The grape varieties are the usual suspects of the region: Corvina, which provides fruit aromas and fine tannins, delivering finesse and a delicate texture; Rondinella, contributing color and delicate herbal notes; and Molinara, responsible for lightness, freshness, and a slightly salty touch.

The Soracuna is aged for several months in cement vats. It undergoes spontaneous fermentation, is neither fined nor filtered, and contains a minimal amount of SO₂.
