A rosé as a response to societal conditions and political scare tactics. "At a time when concepts of purity, origin, and identity are constantly being invoked, we wanted to mix and unite the skins of our different grape varieties." Corrado Dottori is making a statement. At the same time, he is crafting a wine that forges a new path, showing that white and red grapes can seamlessly come together to form a harmonious whole.
The grapes are harvested democratically, at the same time, and the rest of the winemaking process is done together as well. The result is a wine that, according to Corrado Dottori, says a lot about him and his wife: how they see the world and how they want it for their children.
Style
Vital, dynamic, and carefree. Playful and soft, with plenty of fruit. Juicy, round, and never aggressive. A wine for all occasions.
