The somewhat scary name of the wine should not prevent anyone from trying out the white base of the Tenuta Saiano. We guarantee that the vinified remnants of the winery are far above many other less honestly titled entry wines - which is mainly due to the fact that the Maggioli vineyards are generally meticulously and without the use of unnecessary chemicals and that the handled grape material is quite perfect.
Incidentally, Trebbiano and Grechetto Gentile come into the basement, which are subsequently unadorned and spontaneously fermented. The wine is expanded unfiltered in cement.
The geology shaped by plaster gives the Zero Leftovers a tight structure in which bright fruit aromas and essential grades bed. The overall impression is crystalline, puristic and juicy in the finish. Makes you want to more.
