The somewhat intimidating name of this wine shouldn't deter anyone from trying Tenuta Saiano's white entry-level offering. We assure you that the vinified "leftovers" from this estate surpass many other less candidly named introductory wines, largely due to the meticulous and chemical-free cultivation practices of the Maggioli family and the exceptional quality of their hand-harvested grapes.
The cellar welcomes Trebbiano and Grechetto Gentile, which are spontaneously fermented and left unrefined. The wine is aged in cement and bottled unfiltered.
The gypsum-rich geology imparts a firm structure to Zero Leftovers, with bright fruit aromas and ethereal notes interwoven. The overall impression is crystalline, purist, and leaves a juicy finish that invites another sip.
