The Weiße Brunnen – An Entry into Daniel Schweizer’s Formidable Wine Worlds

The Weiße Brunnen serves as the gateway to Daniel Schweizer’s remarkable wines. It is crafted from three white grape varieties: the PIWIs Johanniter and Saphira, which are directly pressed and aged in wooden barrels, and Gewürztraminer, which undergoes several days of skin contact before being blended in.

The result is lively, featherlight, and aromatic. Thanks to the skin contact and the continuous extraction of tannins, the Weiße Brunnen boasts a compact structure. At the same time, it is open and inviting, vibrant and stimulating, leaving you wanting more.
