Italy has around 700,000 hectares of vineyards spread across all 20 regions. The geological and climatic differences are eminent. There is more than just one world between South Tyrol and Sicily. In addition, there are around 500 different grape varieties, countless viticultural traditions and a multitude of excellent winegrowers who interpret them in their own personal way. So there is a lot to discover. In our range, we pay tribute to this diversity and combine it with personal preferences - knowing full well that we can unfortunately only offer a fraction of what would actually be worthwhile.

The Laurenc is the answer to the Caroline, the brother to the sister. In terms of grape varieties, Laurenc is quite simply Lagrein. However, nothing is really simple with Lagrein. Especially not in the vineyard, where it produces very irregular yields due to recurring fertility problems. This is ...

The intimate relationship between the Italian wine world and birds of all kinds would be worth an article. There are wineries that are named after birds (Aquila del Torre, Colomba ...), also a good dozen grape varieties (Corvina, Oseleta, Rondinella, Corvinone, Ucelut ...) and of course a few win...

A rosé in response to social conditions and political scaremongering. "At a time when concepts of purity, origin and identity are constantly being conjured up, we wanted to blend and unite the skins of our different grape varieties." Corrado Dottori sets an example. At the same time, however, he ...

A Chianti Classico with character. This is due without exception to the Sangiovese. Riccardo and Massimiliano Lanza have given the Merlot, which once accompanied it, its own bottling, so that the great red grape variety of Tuscany has its own special place.  Grown on a limestone-rich south-easte...
